FAQ
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our typical embroidery production time is 7-10 business days + shipping from approval of the order. This means product and design need to be approved before the order goes into production. On select orders we can entertain quicker productions time, but rush fees may apply. Try to let us know sooner rather than later and we will always work our hardest to accommodate your project!
WHAT IS THE EMBROIDERY PROCESS?
All embroidery jobs and logos are based around a stitch count. In order to have your logo set up and kept in our system you will need to opt to have it “digitized”. This will generate your logo into stitches so the equipment can read it – a regular left chest or front of hat logo will be a $60, one off set up fee. The amount of stitches in your logo generates your cost, and our graphics team can offer you an approximate stitch count quote if needed. Once your logo is digitized it will stay in our files for you to have embroidered whenever you need!
CAN I GET A ONE OFF EMBROIDERY JOB?
We can offer one off embroidery jobs such as names, small quotes or stock-style images. Common items for these style of jobs are towels, blankets, baby or infant clothing and hats though we are up to almost any challenge! Again, your price will be based on a stitch count and this is all dependent on the size, font style and complexity of your design.
