Screen Printing is an old favourite, and it never fails to impress with our ability to directly Pantone match your logo! Our Screen Printing team can work on high quantity jobs with our large automatic press, or lower quantity day-to-day jobs on our two 6 colour manual presses. The process is hard to beat, and is the perfect option for company apparel, start-up businesses, event apparel, or a personal one-off job.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our typical screen printing turnaround time is 10-12 business days + shipping from approval of the order. This means product and design need to be approved before the order goes into production. If you are needing your order for a certain date, please let us know as soon as possible, as rush fees may apply.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order for screening order is 12 pieces. To keep orders cost efficient it is recommend to try and do big orders at a time, as the higher quantity of garments will decrease the printing cost.
WHAT KIND OF ART WORK DO YOU NEED?
To get the best looking design you need the best working graphics. High resolution vector files work the best. High resolution bitmap (jpg, psf, png, tiff, bmp) files may also work but may need our graphics team help get them print ready for a small fee.
HOW MANY COLOURS CAN YOU PRINT?
Our presses can produce up to 6 colours. In screen printing, each colour equals a new screen. Your logo will be separated into it’s colours, and then burnt onto it’s own screen to then be printed onto your chosen garment. Each screen set up is $25, so keep this in mind with colourful logos!
