HEAT PRESS
Heatpress is our cost-effective, time efficient equivalent to Silkscreening. Heatpress operates as a CAD-Cutting system, cutting your image out of vinyl to then be heat-sealed to your garment. It is a great option to customize your sports jerseys with numbers or names, for one-off customization orders, or for lower quantity orders where you aren’t quite ready to the step up to Silkscreen.
We try to keep the heatpress orders to a maximum of 12, and recommend any orders over this quantity go for Silkscreen.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our typical heatpress turnaround time is 5-8 business days + shipping from approval of the order. This means product and design need to be approved before the order goes into production. If you are needing your order for a certain date, please let us know as soon as possible, as rush fees may apply.
IS HEATPRESS COMPARABLE TO SILKSCREENING?
Yes and no. The difference between them is that Heatpress is a vinyl cutout that is sealed onto the garment, whereas Silkscreening is an ink print that sinks into the fabric. Heatpress and Silkscreen are very comparable on their durability and we will vouch for it’s quality; though if you are concerned about the quality, or need a colour matched exactly we would suggest you try Silkscreening.
Some logo’s and designs can get too complex for our cutter, and may need to be reviewed/adjusted before printing by placing them on a background. If you have a custom design speak to our graphic art team and they can suggest the best way to go.
WHAT KIND OF ART WORK DO YOU NEED?
To get the best looking design you need the best working graphics. High resolution vector files work the best. High resolution bitmap (jpg, psf, png, tiff, bmp) files may also work but may need our graphics team help get them print ready for a small fee.
